The Senior Manager – Marketing and Sales will be responsible for driving student enrolment throughstrategic sales initiatives that converts into sales, impactful marketing campaigns, and strongrelationship management. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of commercial acumen,creative marketing instincts, and a deep understanding of both the fashion and education sectors.This role is critical in ensuring that JCA continues to grow as a globally recognised destination forfashion education and entrepreneurial excellence.

  • Lead bold, integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms toenhance brand visibility and student recruitment.
  • Manage SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, events, PR, and content strategies tomaximise engagement.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials aligned with JCA’s premium, innovative brandpositioning.
  • Analyse campaign performance and report on ROI to inform future strategies.
  • Champion JCA’s brand across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency and high standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to launch new programmes using effective go-to-marketstrategies.
  • Manage and attend key events (open days, exhibitions, graduate showcases) to promote theacademy.

Essential:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’spreferred).
  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, ideally within higher educationor luxury/creative industries.
  • Proven track record in student recruitment and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Experience managing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.s.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and digital marketing platforms.
  • Skilled in SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, and email/CRM marketing.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
