The fashion industry is an attractive, creative, highly interesting career, but are you left wondering how you would best fit within? This week-long Introduction to fashion gives you an over view and insight into knowing who people are, how they interact, their roles and responsibilities and how you may add to the world of fashion with your current inherited bag of skills. You will gain a deeper understanding of the supply chain, which roles exist within the working world of fashion and create a position of knowing yourself, your brought talents, and areas of strength and how you could move forward into further education and achieve the career you wish for yourself.

A creative brief will be laced through the five days of study, enabling you to exercise each area and identify which parts of the industry makes most of your talents.
In session classes will cover the understandings of the fashion supply chain, the interaction between areas of industry, brand ethos, designing, trend forecasting, production, marketing, PR, visual communication and retail will all be covered in this flash one-week introduction to fashion.
Building knowledge of your future industry. Daily creative tasks to add or start a body of work related to fashion.
On completion of Fashionista, you will have a creative piece of work to demonstrate your learnings throughout.
A certificate of recognition to your dedication to study.
We like to celebrate our achievements at JCA. On completion of the course if you have attended 80% of the classes you will qualify for your certificate in dedication to learning.
This should be included in your CVs and shows the level of learning you achieved.
